I agree with Werewolf: Bu-t Kissing is the #1 skill required. Those other skills are optional. At least where I work.

LOL, yea, Bu-t kissing...However, I do think a person needs all skills like communication, tech knowledge, and a great work ethic. Regardless of what happens with the restructuring, whatever skills you can build at P66 will be a benefit in the future. Even if you get laid off, it will be easier to acquire a new position if you have sharpened new skills and improved existing skills. Executive management and middle management will not listen or care when the axes start to drop so invest in yourself now while you still have time. Take advantage of Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and another other skill you can build while it is free and supported. If they do not value what you have to offer, then another company will!!!
