Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

ESPP and LR

I've been curious. If you are LR and the ESPP purchase date 7/1 or 1/1 falls in your notice period before separation agreement kicks in, would this mean you can still buy that round of stock?

@ha and you would still get 15% off even if it did. Give it a rest, you're cranky.

Why would you want any stock post separation?

If you are active on the purchase date, Cisco will make the purchase. Any contributions made after the purchase date through your termination date will be refunded to you- Cisco will not purchase for you in the next period.

Yes, any vesting dates that fall before you last day of notice period are yours and will be deposited in your brokerage account
