How does bp get work done? When there is a perceived and peer/supervisory pressure to attend/host perpetual Teams meetings. Is this on purpose?

@h8 Dare me like high school ?? I really feel that your stupidity could be contagious.
@s5 Will your a**kissing never cease?
So many whinging brits and yanks on here, little wonder management outsource to India, atleast they don't moan like you lot. Perhaps if you lot could change your attitude then we might all stop being outsourced.
We will have more and more meetings to figure out why no work is getting done!
@fj what the fu-k is that supposed to mean? Why don’t you say how you really feel. I dare you.
@bg Jacka**, they should stop you from meetings so your stupidity doesnt spread
Perhaps they tie you folk up in meetings so you don't destroy more value through your work?
@bg your now in the portal. Meeting and meeting prep and meeting fatigue are creating an ineffectual work productivity situation. Just observation
Yes they require us to attend meetings all day and also train our replacements all day. Oh and get our work done, as well. Horrible toxic place to work.
What has this post got to do with layoffs. Pointless like the person who created this thread. Pathetic, no wonder BP is struggling with lame employees like you. Do us all a favor and go resign.
The perception seems to be that if your calendar is not booked solid full of meetings that you must not be doing anything or important.
The meeting situation is out of control and has been for a long time. Most people struggle to work because they are stuck in useless meetings.
Company culture is to talk and most processes have meetings as a way to provide checks and balances
The philosophy is that if there is a meeting about it then it gets managed which is obviously not the same thing
