I left CS last week and walked into another sh-t company. The industry is fu---d. The grass isn’t greener on the other side—just a different shade of sh-t. Most companies have their own sh-t to deal with, but at least they pay more than CS.

Chuck doesn’t go on dates anymore, he has plenty of directors and above that will gladly gargle him. How else do you think level 2-3 employees got to director level within the last 10 years.

You wish everyone was leaving. Ain’t true. Big bonuses were just handed out to the masses/thousands, but not for winers in non-performing businesses. That means you. Grass is grass. And the 401k here is one of the best around @ 6%.
I left last year and the grass is most definitely greener on the other side haha. All it has made me realize is I should have left sooner than I did. More money, better work life, better 401k and actual learning opportunities. Commscope is stuck in the past
