Does anyone have an estimate for the cost savings or headcount of the number of people impacted in the layoff Jul 7 2025

@h6 it won’t? Gosh, then Five9 is sc--wed.
Some people are saying it was, some are saying it wasnt - what I do know / have been told is we lost approximately eight people who all convieniently resigned on the exact same day, split across product/sales.
In The Know - the person who called correctly each round of Layoffs, posted on this board that there was more coming, but they'd be 'stealth layoffs' and the process to identify the people to get rid of was in progress.
Call it what you want, but unrelated people all being disappeared on the same day, just after Alix re-appeared stinks of stealth layoffs to me.
@et you can disagree all you want, but it is confirmed to be performance based. And you misunderstand. It is performance based WITHIN product (under the CPO) so this would not get the CPO axed.
@dr lmao. get real. If it was indeed performance based the product head and couple others who are still here would have been axed.
@dr I mean, that phrasing sounds like layoff lite, but I heard there wasn't a layoff as well.
You were ill informed. There was not a layoff.
was NOT a layoff, but a reorg and firing due to performance.
Have heard that there wasn’t a layoff on the 7th from internal sources
@a1 It was predicted based on the info provided by these threads leading up to the layoffs. How else is Five9 going to cover the cost of the multi lawsuits and family/friends promotions.
Axil partners strikes again, more US jobs to India
Was this in any way expected or forecasted in last quarter's filings?
