Thread regarding Ford layoffs

How many people will be pushed out due to full RTO?

I wonder how many can't or won't comply. RTO is here for attrition purposes, after all.

Leave if you don't want to work. You all are a bunch of lazy employees.

Life is too short to waste time arguing over relatively trivial matters. It’s not fair to play games with people; be kind, friendly, and communicate openly about your intentions. Is it really that difficult to see people in the office? Remember, we’re not here forever; make the most of it. Is it truly worth being unhappy over such insignificant things? I don’t like the return to the office any more than anyone else, but I don’t want to live in misery over something out of my control.

It's not going to 5 days. It was 4 days for some groups before Covid.

80% of you said you would quit with full RTO, so why would they need to layoff anyone. Oh ya, that’s because you are all full of BS. Be happy someone will pay you and shut up.

As a matter of fact, yes - someone who still $hits thier drawers and has cartoon characters on thier underpants would have more business sense. Of course...you probably wear diapers for other "control" issues.

And your professional credentials are what? Enfamil and Huggie Disposables? Look at the bright side. If you lose your current job, and with your credentials , you can go get a CDL in California! HO-K. Ho-k!

@f9 LMAO. I have my BS degree in Engineering Management from an ABET accredited university and 35+ yrs in auto mfg. I feel sorry that you thought that ABET and Ebay were the same. You'll eventually figure that out. Better hurry though, Auction Ending Soon. ;

I doubt there will be any. Most employees are clearly supporting full time RTO already. I do not know of anyone in my area who isn't coming into the office 4-5 times a week. The seriousness of the initiative has been heard and acted upon by the workers.
