It was created by the same guy who launched mass layoffs, getting rid of 100,000 people from a 400,000 person company without drawing major media attention. That guy was the idol of Cisco's previous CEO John Chambers who used it for a time to fire 5% on top of his often quarterly layoffs.

@a1 Leader here! The fear mongering spread of made up lies is disturbing. I’ve not heard anything for the CX side. We simply do not know who will be impacted. Please be a little more specific or keep it to yourself. There is over 80K people in Cisco. And 12K or less in CX with wide spread teams from different acquired companies Cisco purchased. Who is being affected? What titles? Be more clear.

What teams? If you are not going to be specific, it’s better to keep it to yourself as people like you cause panic to many people which is not really necessary
