@gz they are not hand selecting BD employees. Basically anyone that is working with BD Biosciences or Diagnostic Systems is moving to Waters. We are also not allowed to apply to any internal jobs with BD that are remaining with BD company.
@gz Isn’t it like 16,000 people that are transferring? That’s double the size of Waters.

You should be asking How many BD folks are transferring to Waters....it's a staggering number compared to your existing number of employees...and a portion of them were selected because they are not ideal employees... instead of firing the problem ones, they r moving to Waters
