Sometimes it seems to me that our leadership would most rather have this company to functioning with only 10 employees. We are incredibly understaffed. How do you deal with CA being so understaffed?

Yes! Suddenly UX adds tons of people and wtf do they even f'n do?? WTF does mf need UX?? Buddies from the three-letter has been term got them into engineering bands while marketing and tech writers get sht. No wonder they all quitting.
Actually... not surprised by caste system considering all the new hires.
umm...some are working their a$$ off, while the "chosen ones" spend their time working on nonsense. it's part of the Caste system forming with so many exec retreads coming over from some three-lettered "has-been" IT firm....
I left ca/broadcom years ago, i see the song is always the same.... btw, ca doesn't exist anymore and i see the item speaking about the Octane age and potetial leaving has been deleted. Once more time... thanks octane for your severance
