Looks like the final months of Maverick with all kinds of activities in all kinds of work streams going on simultaneously. With many problems that are mostly ignored by Deloitte.
This is a dumpster fire. With almost all of the best people having left Dell, those who are left are either incompetent or they don't have sufficient competent people to spearhead the project.
I'm at my breaking point and seriously considering just putting in my notice without having secured a job.

Project Maverick has turned into a complete sh-t show. The team overpromised and underdelivered, and several VPs and SVPs bought into the hype, convinced the new system would be a game-changer. Now we're left to clean up the aftermath of that poor decision-making, making significant compromises across the board just to deliver something tangible. Honestly, in some workstreams, it feels like this project has set Dell back 15 years.

Project Maverick will upend all systems and tools across the company, reducing the cost of external licensing costs. Everything will broken (on purpose) so that they can be built up again bit by bit in the Dell image.
