That’s incorrect. Bonuses are annual and retail doesn’t receive until you reach job grade 110. Quarterly is incentive pay but the retail bank did away with paying people quarterly based on their individual contributions back in 2022. Monthly would be a commission but retail doesn’t receive those either. Bust your tail and work hard and you’ll make 1% on your annual. That’s retail nowadays
I thought retail get quarterly bonuses
No one stayed period. We don’t see bonuses in retail and our region is suffering more than ever on staffing. Mass exodus of top performers since merger and the turnover is at its peak because the firm solidified that it will not be paying producers based on their contributions. Only ones getting more money is retention payouts and it’s merely a bandaid until the next payout.
