Fiserv used to be a dream job for engineers, but now it’s like a factory for burnout. Pay is nowhere near where it should be, promotions stall all the time, and the best talent is constantly leaving for greener pastures. It’s painful watching a once-great place erode to this level.

@23g lmao! Meta is 100% better than this. And I'd rather not take advice nor judgement from someone stuck in the same company for 15 years who probably lives, breathes, and eats for this company. Working the weekends? Buddy a good majority of us do that here too and without the pay increase.
@119 LOL thinking meta is a good company to work at. You would be fired quick there and couldn't handle working weekends. Better yet one full day with no TikTok.
@p5 Dude you've been here for 15 years...your idea of what a good work environment looks like (especially in this day and age) is very limited. Being here for 15 years isn't something to be proud about. Unless this company was meta or one of the tech giants that do a lot for their employees (especially early days) being here for 15 means you had no other better opportunities knocking at your door.

You people on TheLayoff are full of sh-t for real. I had much worse times for a decade here. Modern person can't handle a 9-5 job at a mediocre corporation in 2025, Total bs. Can't go to the office waaaaa. Can't work from home waaaaa. Can't fill in your TPS report and make your comfy finance salary waaaaa. Same sh-t different day. Grow up and get a new job. Or 3 people in another country will do yours for you badly.
