Does anyone know where I can find more information about location strategy for Risk? Does it still have to do with the 40 mile rule? I’m in Charlotte but have a Weddington address (suburb of Charlotte but still within 40 miles of Charlotte hub).

When you say 'show up' what you really mean is swipe and leave, right?
So you live about 16 miles from the office... Yeah, you're gonna have to come in on Saturday... Yeah
Location strategy - work in toilet, work in kitchen , work outside in a park or work in a bed. How about that? Wellsfargo is sc--wed up company and your are all wasting your time discussing them here. A senior guy start a team and slowly build a team with 20+ managers ( 5 level deep) and they control everything like communist leader .

while there will be some exceptions if you live >40 miles from an allowed location for your group, even if just a few miles, you will be let go at some point.
They don't care if you come to the office or not. If you do, they'll simply term you for a different reason and possibly altered timeline. In the end, everyone goes, outside of Hudson Yards / execs.
Risk is pu--yfooting around the long overdue restructure. 40 percent of parasites in risk need to be fired across the sub-functions. Teams like ITV, Op risk need to be completely dismantled. Compliance and fin crime basically needs to be setup again from first principles. But all we hear is the croaking toad.
I live more than 40 miles away and commute 3 days a week to a specialty market hub. We shall see how long they will let me stay.
Phase 1 - Employees that are 100% remote and more that 40 miles from a hub
Phase 2 - within 40 miles of a hub but don’t come in 3 days a week
Phase 3 - come in 3 days a week but not at a hub location
Phase 4 - People they just don’t like very much
I live 45 miles away but still go the office 3 days in a week.
Do you show up your 3 days? Then shouldn't be a problem.
