No deadline at all - just a speculation about the date. They deferred $42million to Honeywell and once they start doing that probably won’t stop.

Cgj - where did you see the deadline to file bankruptcy.? I took a look and didn’t see it. Has anyone heard Resideo has decided to not pay vendors unless they threaten litigation?

People should check out the Proxy for how much the board and execs are paying themselves. June 8th is annual meeting date. Seems like a deadline to file bankruptcy....

They fired everyone.....no one cares about this company. Especially the stock holders. Speaking of which, whats the time frame for the many securities fraud lawsuits to start?
