I can't think of a single reason to stay here, but I can think of about a hundred reasons to leave.

@gq 1,000% agree. Director and VP level people are just f*ck all. They abuse their position to enjoy overseas business trip by making unnecessary “business” meeting. Some purposely do it to clock airline mileage for gold or platinum membership while staying at 5 stars hotel. Worse that some even bring their family for the “business” trip. Literally lack of sales discipline, no hunger for sales. Most sales leadership can’t even do sales and only good in building visibility to upper management. Recipe for failure.
The problem that I have seen not been said is that NCR has a very negative reputation in Atlanta that has been building for years. I have had people whom I casually mention to about working at NCR and they volunteer to me that they have heard so many negative things about the company for many years.
Since the split things have definitely deteriorated. Management here is hap-hazard at best - MIA at worst. I've currently got a stack of three supervisor types vertically above me, and I've very little work to do.
Many people stay simply because it’s so easy, so many people hardly do anything, and the bosses do nothing unless they are told to because they don’t want to expose that they are not doing their job either. The bosses will never just give up head count, they say to their bosses how busy they are and need more people. The bosses boss has no idea what’s actually going on, but if he is told, cr-p rolls down hill even though he is not doing his job either.
@OP Which company (Voyix or Atleos)? I've often thought around how much is one willing to suffer for $ over piece of mind/mental health. We all need $/paycheck... but for what cost to your mental well-being? There are likely other jobs in the area you live already, but potentially at a lower $.
99 to 1 ratio your move.
Maybe move where there are more jobs?
