For a company that thinks customer service is a big fat waste, this is what happens. Why would someone want to be a customer of an outfit that thinks customers are nothing but a nuisance. Well guess what - in order to get the juice, you need to perform the squeeze! Your customers and employees are what makes your business. How incredibly d-mb and ignorant do you need to be to think that your people are the problem. It lands you in the sh----r at .63 a share. And to think that the fall has just begun is maddening!

Who cares about this cr-p. We all know these people are id--ts and can’t make a good business decision if their life depended on it. The question now is where does this all go and how much collateral damage will there be?
I saw it a few months ago. Ben Affleck’s character is the quintessential C level je-k at this place.
