Cool, sounds like another layer to the pyramid that we supposedly "shrunk" last year during the Cascading, season 1. These people su-k so bad.

Typically a reward for "bootlicking", brown nosing, or political maneuvering, it is occasionally, though rarely, used to retain top talent on the "never GP" or "long track to GP" paths. It's a higher grade with profits interests.
