Could you please kindly shared what’s the process? Did you get a meeting invitation at the morning and did you just get called randomly during the day? Sorry if this question seemed rude or inappropriate, just want to prepare mentally ahead…

The 60 or 90 day WARN are non working periods. So your last working day may be Jan 31, then the WARN period starts. You’re employed by Citi but your accesss is cut off.
I got a 60 day notice but not every state mandates it. Some states have 90 days some have 60 days and some states the law doesn’t require it.
Those who got laid off - Didn’t you get WARN period (60 or 90 days). I am a bit surprised as someone mentioned they are working through Feb only.

My manager put a meeting on my calendar, and when I dialed in their manager was on the line as well. I got the news that my role was being eliminated (not performance based) and I'd be on working leave through February. If your termination is performance based you would lose access immediately.
There was no follow up from HR. I had to chase down someone from HR the next day to get some idea of what to expect, but I still have not seen final numbers or details a week later.
I got a meeting with my MD put on my calendar last week - no details on the invite, my manager assumed it was a comp discussion. The MD didn’t have any details other than my position will be eliminated as of 2/1 and HR would be in contact with details some time this week. My manager didn’t know my role was being eliminated until I reached out afterwards.
Hi OP. I was laid off. My managers boss called me in the morning gave me the news and I was asked to sign off. I lost access within the hour.
When they make it personal, and your own manager is not aware it really su-ks.
