Well, Ford’s having one of those days. Eight recalls dropped in one go. That’s right, not one, not two, but eight recalls, all for various issues, from software blunders to half shafts not being properly inserted.

gp+1jnt1qh94 do you wear a white suit and go by tattoo? Tired of these so called plans. JF has been at this company since 09. and has yet to deliver on anything. Every qtr. its another plan. Well the clock is ticking for JF and his freak show of a management team. Stop the finger pointing and take responsibility. That team is in no way defined as leadership. more like political animals. surprised WS does not see through their BS.
@gp JF has been saying quality is important but hasn’t done anything to improve it. Scapegoating doesn’t count in the real world. Heck BEFORE JF became CEO he was often heard bad mouthing Hendrichs saying if he was in charge there would be no quality problems. Well quality has declined since JF became CEO.
So sad. Just typed in Ford Recalls and brings me to a page to type in my vin to see if there is a recall. I retired in 2022 and seems like its getting worst. Where are all the big brains (UAW and Management) that could get stuff fixed in 12-24 months?
8 is not that many. Leadership already stressed to us the importance of the plan at the last Town Hall to improve our quality.
BUT WAIT...MOST ARE RE-RECALLS. WHY ARENT HEADS ROLLING AT THE TOP. THE TOP.
