Honestly, I feel like the OICs are just thrown to the wolves at this point. Like someone said the other day, the “red-headed step children” of the company. Tired of people throwing things on OICs with no extra pay. I’m sure it won’t be long before AI takes over that position too. This is more stressful then the freaking audits!
