I think boss forgot about doing year end reviews and comp conversations. They have until Tuesday but come on! Nothing scheduled - no communication. This is crazy!

Why don't you reach out directly to your manager? Seems like a simple solution.

As an employee, I want my manager to hold my review timely. Same thing as sharing comp. Everyone wants to know as it impacts our livelihood. As a manager I held reviews a couple weeks ago and shared comp stuff on Wednesday. Not that difficult to be a decent human being or a good leader.

You don’t sign your performance review since we migrated to WorkDay. But it doesn’t matter if you sign something or not.
No review yet? Call in sick they can’t deliver the bad news until it’s past due and they will get dinged! Keep track. Record review. If unsubstantiated 2 or lower rating, do not sign. Set up appt with physiatrist. Inform boss and ER team that you are having mental distress…. Join class action suit when displaced…. $$
Thankful my team's manager gives a cr-p and got us squared up this week. Sorry to hear yours is a jerk in the midst of the exhausting change and swirl.
Bonus isn't in next Wednesday's pay stubs. Those pay stubs are already available.
salary/promotions become effective on Sunday so you should see any change in workday on Sunday, Monday at the latest. Any bonus will be visible in your paystub next wed although if over $50k you will only see the cash portion and will have to back into your stock portion so may or may. or be over 50k
I believe merits will be available in the system Monday and bonus seen on the Wednesday paystub so i guess we will find out one way or other. You’d think boss would want to tell us before the system shows the information.

Same as my boss. It was scheduled but my boss didn’t show up for the meeting. Then I read that managers need to finalize and submit reviews in workday by January 30. Does that mean that the system will release the information on the 30th?
I knew some managers that would wait until the last day. I wouldn't sweat it
