This is for those that have real experience or first hand knowledge of IBM PIP. If your last day of PIP is end of quarter and the meeting is held on that day , would they send you a letter that same evening on last day of PIP terminating you if you havent met the terms of the PIP
If its not on the last day of PIP when do you get termination notice . after couple of days (is there a fixed timeline they follow for this procedure). ALso would the notice come through email or through your manager ?
Does HR even talk to you even once before they send the termination notice to see if you are able to show any proof of meeting the terms of the PIP
