Lots of folks from EO&T got layed off yesterday, I’m not sure if there will be more to come
Its such a shame under EO&T, there are some teams and folks that add no value and instead of them all who added values are being let go.

@j4 it follows the schedule on Homefront that is based on LOS. Prorated Incentive Comp is also provided. The pro rated amount is based on 100% incentive amount up to separation date
Does anyone know what kind of severance package is being offered for all these layoffs?

@dt an employee posted on Facebook today that 35 people were layed off from Multifamily today.
@gq interesting and curious what areas as had not heard of any SF impacts this week…
SF took a big hit yesterday too.
@gj keeping your employees under so much constant stress is sadistic.
@ca not sure if more SF happened this week but the previous round was deep for certain areas. SFA mission and affordable got crushed 20-25 pct cuts. Other SF areas not as bad. Understanding is that this could drag out longer depending on the division and how much they cut in the first round.

I wish, second rounds of layoffs have started. We had a few people in our division let go this week.
