For those that thought the RTO on remote sales had gone away, it hasn't.
They're releasing an email soon with an adjustment period, which is generous.
Non-US you will get one too, but due to local laws being different, it will mean you will continue as it is for the foreseeable, or have a longer adjustment period.

They are pushing RTO to support, which is the most re--rded decision they could have made. I am not surprised they're doing that to sales.
100% Last Tuesday was insane. First 2 desks i went to sit at was missing something, i.e. hdmi/displayport cables to monitors or power cables. I think this was probably due to the Pat Mooney/Kristie Gobeli visit but it goes to show that if they insist on EVERYONE being back at the office that they are going to have to go back to permenent desks and increase capacity.
The noise in there now that its all open plan with no high soundboards is awful. Noise cancelling headphones on all day and i still couldnt concentrate with all the desk-side chit-chats about nothing work-related
If there are changes coming then it's the opposite direction. Cork for example is a mess. Place is packed, people looking for desks. Teams can't sit together.

In APJ we’ve been told by our senior management that remote workers will carry on as normal, no change. Not sure whether to believe it or not.
