Will there be a hybrid schedule for PDC to return to the office by March 1st?

Most of the Hybrid Work Model training that LL6+ has to take says we should only go back to the office when necessary for collaboration. The training seems to be targeted at old fashioned management that will try to force people to go back. The new mindset does appear to be letting people work from home if they are productive.

Actually the UAW variant will bring people back. Sooner or later the union will demand an "on site premium". Ford will suddenly decide that it safe to work on campus. Besides, Ford has remodeled buildings on the campus. Spending millons.
Can they even fix the road by March in PDC?

Not a chance. The stealth variant is coming and will put the kibosh on returning to the office for the next 9 months minimum.
