Don’t expect hardly anything, 0-3%, most get the lower end of that. It’s been like this fora long time, and times are tough right now, the company doesn’t car all your expenses have skyrocketed, if your not in the union you are most likely out of luck, you have nobody looking after you, and they know it.
Also expect to lose benefits, expect less and less

They do still exist.
That said, as mentioned, not keeping up with inflation lately. I'm near early retirement though so it doesn't matter much to me. YMMV though.

I used the telling on my co workers to my manager method to get a little raise, it worked as well.

Yes, some people are getting bonuses, but very few. If you did not already get a meeting about it by now you have not been selected for a bonus. Bonus is based off criteria that the manger sets and is not merit based.
I know of several people who have gotten done more than others, but were not selected. The bonus is being used as a political strategy rather than rewarding people for making a material difference.
In lieu of bonuses and merit, may I offer you severance instead?

They were terrible this year. Vague messaging from HR about it being year 1 of 3 of a transformation. How to handle 3/4/5 rated employees that didn’t get a bonus or merit. At the end of the day merit increases were barely measurable and bonus…. What bonus ?
@OP It's early days still. I don't recall having Aspire meetings so early in the month. Usually most seem to wait until near the last minute, like with most things.
