Anyone see how many people were posting #SayNoToRTO in the all hands chat this morning? I was shocked at just how many I saw. I think #SayNoToRTO should become a meme within the workforce.

Now, I would expect people that are not happy with RTO to delay processes and deliveries, waste time chatting with coworkers and do the minimum to keep their jobs. It is not the best outcome, but it is understandable. However, you are planning to actively sabotage the company. Since IDK you, I have to assume that your actions may ki-l or maim Ford customers. It would be better that you leave the company or even better, that you drop dead.
After all, I can see you are part of the problem.
I'm not going protest going into the office. But I'm also not going to put much into making a quality vehicle. I'll slowly go through the motions, making a few subtle errors here and there, helping to facilitate confusion or misunderstanding where I can, and of course wasting as many corporate resources as feasible.
But hey, I'll be in the office. Isn't that what really matters in the end?
@dn I can make a quality vehicle ... if I didn't have management making stupid budget and time decisions forcing me to change my work every week

You are not wrong. JF and KG this week clearly stated the benefits to Ford when we all collaborate in person. There is no disputing that.
DF has been saying this for years. So you are in good company with your view on this matter.
If you losers put as much energy into making a quality vehicle as you do to protest going into the office maybe this company wouldn’t be in trouble.
