John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." Thy will be done. God bless America.

This site has degenerated into a cesspool of sh-t posters. People are interested in information from authoritative sources, not rehashing of old rumors, or random rants.

This site is full of people and for-hire organizations who try to manipulate posters and visitors. Some hope to move the stock one way or another for gain. Some secretly work for the very company being discussed or are a paid agent that counter posts or distracts from what is being posted. Some are mentally ill weirdos that want to see the world burn. Think about each post you read and trust your gut on who to believe because not everyone is who they pretend to be. There are agendas at work here. You can bet Broadcom itself is at work here.

This site used to be a place where we could freely share information we couldn't discuss internally, but now it's riddled with lies and rumors. Honest people should leave and let the liars congregate elsewhere.

You can expect Broadcom to put shareholders before all else, while lining top leadership pockets. Those lower ranks that continue to cling to their jobs will get some scraps until they don’t. It’s who Broadcom is. It’s who they have been under Tan’s and the board’s leadership. They are what ruthless businesses loved by Wall Street are. Have no doubt that Broadcom will absolutely reduce the size of its workforce beyond breakpoint because their goals are not to solve business problems, not to build great products, not to deliver new innovative solutions, and certainly not to contribute to the greater world good. Those are merely byproducts of making profit to them. With partners assuming nearly all responsibilities moving forward, Broadcom is cutting its costs and increasing its profit even more. Have no doubt that layoffs are coming when VCF 9 launches because no significant development will happen beyond it. The five (maybe less) year false update cycle promised is only in place to keep customers paying high subscription prices until they catch on and jump ship. Before then, Broadcom will use the profit acquired to buy another company and repeat the cycle.

Natural attrition (RTO forced) is higher than expected at the moment, so no layoffs this quarter.
