2026 bonus and incentives adjustments (board level)

Where is the board at with the 2026 bonus and incentives adjustments?

The company have been thriving (that's we we project in marketing and numbers). This year bonus were delayed till month 5 near 6 for a low bonus and it created discomfort and the workforce wasn't even getting a fair rate (almost everyone was rated "perform"). Is even HR overseeing the managers evaluation method?

@ve I left because I was tired of the RTO and micro-management. Loved my team.

@r6 Sorry for the late reply. I left in march of 2025 and had been there for over 5 years. Don't want to be too specific...

The last 2 ish years I was not in a manager capacity, but I did receive an exceeds for 2024.

Your asking about 2026 and we do have a bit of a wait to be displeased with 2026.

@qk please enlighten us with the reasons that led to your departure. Seems like your manager appreciated enough your work back in the days

@qk when did you work at Fiserv ? Possibly before they locked down the ability to give exceeds ratings?

As a former employee that got exceeds several times, it's possible to do. I had never been told for myself or my teams that there was a cap on the ratings. We rated people fairly and according to the work they did during the year.

I'm not at Fiserv anymore though so can't really speak to what is happening now.

Even if you meet the expections or exceeded, the incentive the rate is disappointing 2%. They make billions of our back, then commit to clients to target goals that they cant meet yet are good numbers to thriving, they masshire and buy companies that arent even direct competitor to make it look we are under performing and cut the hard workers incentives.

I put myself as exceeds and my manager chuckled and said they don't do those for any reason. Forced me to change my side of the review to meets. The whole place stinks like horse ____. Left and got myself a 25% raise, work from home, the works.

@aq its violation of company wide performance management policy, Fiserv should be sued by all employees . I am a victim of this forced ranking which violates!

@OP i was told the same that management is say everyone will be either meet expectations or need improvement , forced ranking which violates fiserv year end assessment policy process and shows predetermined results not actual performance . I was given needs improvement. When i questioned the HR said it was according to business needs . If all employees join hands and file a mass lawsuit this management empire will surly fall apart.

My manager flat-out told me recently that our department VP will never allow anyone to receive more than "meets" - what a scam.
