It never ceases to amaze me the number of bootlickers on this page. You hate your own colleagues so much that you celebrate leadership making everyone's lives worse. You write revisionist history about in-office work, and act like a global pandemic never happened or that technology doesn't exist. The world has changed, and so should working conditions. By the bootlickers logic, we should go back to 10 hour workdays and no weekends before unions negotiated those things. Because all change is bad, right?
It's crazy the arrogance of these people posting company propaganda like it somehow makes them morally superior or better workers. All it means is you're a good, obedient lap dog. Frank doesn't care about you or think you're valuable, so why would you take his side instead of standing in solidarity with people actually in your same situation.
I see so many posts or replies about, "Umm actually, it's your fault for taking a grade 11 role. Enjoy your 9 hours. You should've known better 🤓" Don't you realize how much turnover there is at this company, and how many people have joined the company since covid. Anyone in that situation quite literally did not sign up for 9 hours in office 5 days a week at any point.
I'm not sure if all the bootlickers just have horrible family lives, and don't want other people to enjoy theirs. I do take solace that these people are a small minority here given how much they get down voted into oblivion.
This page exists for people to share info, ask questions, or maybe just vent. We don't need Frank's d-mbest minions on here giving us their awful takes. I don't know what went wrong in your life that you feel the need to come on here and tell your coworkers to shut up and be a loyal peasant like you. Maybe channel your time into something more productive like getting some clicks for sapience.
