What are you doing today, you, yes you, to make sure BK remains at the helm of EMIT and gets compensated his bonus this year? The best advice I can give you (although you didn’t ask for it) is to not take work so seriously. It sounds like you are expecting too much from this company. Your post shows you know the pros and cons. Use that energy towards something you love whether that is another career, family, friends, hobbies, etc. it is just not worth it to be this disappointed about something that doesn’t matter in the long term.
