CVS needs an innovator. Roger Farah is 71 and is a Bureaucrat’s Bureaucrat. He has mastered slash and burn. Cut the dividend, layoff workers, close stores, fight shareholders, beat suppliers and move operations offshore. How about IT innovation, share buybacks, cross-selling? Not so much. If you have shares, expect a long painful decline.
