How would you finish the above statement?
Allow me to ramble for a moment...
The internal culture is on a negative trajectory. I remember things being much more positive 7+ years ago. I believe the increased RIFS, constant leadership changes, teams being shifted around like unstable tectonic plates and the never ending corporate speak and jargon that we all know is fake are all ingredients creating this unwanted fruit cake. Burnout is everywhere. The dumpster fire is visible even publicly now. Chained desk workers do not trust leadership and know the company will not be loyal to them yet the powers that be spew all this talk of being part of the family and company community. Gotta love that talk in Townhalls the day following massive RIFS. Can you say cognitive dissonance?
Will things settle down? If so, when?
