Someone on our team was let go on Friday, was there a larger RiF that happened? I heard about one other person that was let go.

Heard they’re focusing on low performance, especially multiple year poor performers who have been below average for years. My manager said he was able to get a backfill right away for addressing the performance issue on the team. I’m so glad, tired of picking up the slack for others.

It's end of quarter, so performance might be the reason given but it's still a RiF. The playbook hasn't changed in that regard.
