Yeah, move it to California, that's what made Tesla what it is...before it moved HQ to Texas. Not leadership that made the right decisions and made sure what needed to be done was done.
You see how good Rivian and Lucid are doing. That kind of winning, along with the successful engineers from Faraday Future, Fisker, Coda, Karma, Canoo, are what Ford needs to succeed.
Is Ford so bad that management thought it would be better to nuke current R&D and start over on the other side of the country? Maybe management is so bad that they can't admit they can't fix the problems they created and think starting over will help.

If the company makes the product right, to the customer that means no recalls, therefore, being on count 90 at this point, you acknowledging the recalls exist, contradicts that the company cares about making the product right. Recalls should bother you. Not only the company should care, YOU should care.

JF hates the employees of this company who especially the ones based out of Michigan. Either the employees have their way and JF gets fired soon or JF will throw all Michigan employees under the bus and move most of engineering to California.
The recalls don't really bother me. I like that the company cares enough to make the product right. How many broken things are in other makes that never get reported or fixed?

There is a plan. If you were an actual employee, you would know we are driven by the Ford+ company transformation plan. We are do our part to support it and move the company to success.
