Yea I got my 1 on 1 for tomorrow. I’m an ae in the states. Never been on any type of plan or pip. Top performer most quarters of my career. I am however very grateful for the time I have spent here at Dell. Tons of great memories and friendships that will last a lifetime! Looking forward to my next endeavor.

I have Invite for tomorrow. So far it looks like SPS, AE, DCSE, APEX, DPS, UDS all hit.

Anyone know if North American Severance for sales is based off base or OTE/TTC?

@fzj+1nY53MFJ : There is no negotiating Severance at Dell. In the past the base plan in the USA has been 2 months Salary, 1 week for each year and 2 month Cobra and 75% of IPB.

Not many that I have heard of so far in UK and Ireland for EMEA but some strange changes on account base.
Maybe its coming in the second wave for us as we have tougher employment laws?

Yup just got mine about 30 min ago. It’s not performance based. I have a 187% 4 quarter avg and have never been on any sort of plan. it’s just luck of the draw. Good luck friends and negotiate that severance. Good vibes we all land somewhere better.
