What will happen to ESG ?

@fz Isn’t the aggregator model came from Hock?
All remote employees and redundant managers will be eliminated this time, without exceptions.
I am hearing that the new GM has a ruthless focus. There will be consequences for people associated with the aggregation strategy that caused a massive revenue decline and the chasing of SMB customers.
Sri Hosakote has a reputation as a ruthless decision-maker, and anyone who worked with him at Nile knows exactly what that means.
For the ESG folks, the easy days may be over. The rough stretch has begun.
Better start polishing those resumes.

Oh what?? Who is the new GM now?
@be Hock won't wait until the fiscal year end, there is no need to fire the GM half way if he is that patient.
@b6 any timeline for the cut? before September or end of the year?
- Bloodbath in upper management, a 20–30% cut overall, and slightly less in engineering, but not by much
- the path will lead to either a cash cow model or a spin-off
