Co-workers do this too, Not just Bosses.
Co-workers also steal ideas, work, projects and take credit for work they did Not do or did minimal effort in.

Rutherford office will be closed soon ,
@bs+1jx5ejxp5 This would be funny if you were not serious. Ok. It still made me laugh anyway. LMAO
@fz very soon AI is coming for those avp/officer roles..
This is true and is exactly what is happening with layoffs. If you look at the people who got laid off, they are mostly below VP roles. Why would a manager who prepares the layoff list include his own name or the names of his friends?
@f5 Then the insecure manager begins to demean the capable team member — and in cases where the manager feels threatened, they may even see the team member as a rival and seize the first opportunity to remove them.

I hope you learned your lesson the first time your boss did this.
When you see or hear the MotherFvcker asking questions or fishing around, get AMNESIA or play Dvmb and say something along the lines of "I don't know" or "I'm Not sure".
Repeat this strategy for as long as it takes. After a while the MotherFvcker will tire of wasting his/her time with you cause you're Not giving or offering any ideas they can steal.
These strategies have been working for me.

Good "English". LOL !
You should shut your mouth and actions do just what your boss says nothing else. You can change world when you have power and money
This is exactly what my manager does. He’s also from NJ. He talks nicely, steals ideas, and showcases them as his own.
I agree. I know a lot of leeches/idea stealers who don't have their own projects. They slither into other people's projects and circumvent others trying to push agendas. They make new "discoveries" after talking with you then present as their own. Shamelessly putting their nose into things so their people have work piggybacking off other teams. It seems to be in TX and Tampa too (ofc NY and NJ are a given).
