It’s great to see so many promotions going around at the expense of so many job cuts and reduced salaries!

It is ridiculous all the promotions are from leadership, when the people who actually do the real job are from the front line....
Fossil has more people in manager level than non manager level...
It would be great actually to see layoffs from leadership instead of the low level positions...unfortunately this won't happen...
interns are running the show at FOSL.

@6jiq+19ZinOFy If I am thinking of the same person I know a few of us who are scratching our heads at this particular promotion especially when this position was held by people who were great leaders, knew the business, and were well respected.
Now we have to deal with someone who lacks management and people skills, is under-qualified, condescending, snooty, and unapproachable! Way to go Fossil, typical of you to continue putting questionable people in manager positions!
One promotion in particular is laughable and is hard to take that person in that position seriously as that person only got it because the entire ship was slaughtered in the past 2 layoffs!
Dangling the carrot at corp. while store closures and outsourcing are still in play.
901 central is a huge expense for fosl. tick tick tick.
@fyn+19ZinOFy I agree....wow and interesting. Especially since the majority of the employees took 10% cuts in pay and reduced hours! That package that you all receiving in October is simply to pay back lost income....IJS!🤷♂️ Look for other employment while you can....especially if you're unskilled and have just been floating by on the skirt tails of other's skills... which is usually the case at Fossil.

Apparently nothing has changed at that place.....when your voice and the voices of countless others isn't and hasn't been heard for the past 2+ years...consider making a move and LEAVE the bad behavior of the selfish, narcissistic environment that is OBVIOUSLY prevalent at Fossil!
