I admire your belief that BH Management are solely responsible for the demise of the North Sea Oil & Gas business.
However, I think you will find that it has more to do with the UK Government, their obsession with Net Zero at ANY cost, & wishing to sc--w every penny they can out of the situation whilst they still can.
Even the Power of the Great BH Gods can’t overcome the power of a Narcissistic Government that cares little for the economic outcomes, but everything for their Paymaster’s personal agendas.

Meanwhile Union Street seems very quiet these days.

The fact now Aberdeen is one of the cheapest city's to buy in the UK is a joke.
Know loads that are in minis equity.
Sane surrounding areas just a joke.
Places like Stonehaven down 50% in 10 years .... was a hole then why would anyone move there now.
15 years ago it was just behind Edinburgh glasgow and London now worse than the dregs in England.
Same with day rates down 60% on 10 years ago you now make similar money to offshore working in aldi.....

Mate of mine was let go by baker years ago and sold up with a small loss and moved down south. Bought a house which went up in value around 20-25% in first year after the lockdown ended. Baker did him a big favour otherwise he'd still be stuck in Aberdeen with a house losing value that he can't sell in a city that's finished and going nowhere but downhill. Don't be the last to turn out the lights rings a bell.

The north sea and Aberdeen were finished years ago , no more investment, house prices at a 25 year low and in the same time other city's are up 150% and worse still dropping month on month.
No one knows just how low it will actually end up I think will be like Peterhead in 5 years.
No work, places is dirty and most shops and businesses leaving or closing down.
Even apache are going ha ha ha thats how bad it is. Baker scrapping the barrel for any work going .

You do understand that BH continue to operate in Aberdeen don't you, & we do have more than one office?
For how much longer remains to be seen though.

40% of an office that’s already closed is not much.
