Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

It's sad...

Peoples lives are being turned upside down and the general tone on this site is to cheer it on. Really... is that what you wanted when you got let go? Is it the working level employees that have really caused all of your animosity toward Intel. Maybe they should have seen what is going on and left in advance of this disaster. In real life this can be hard to do. For people from other companies, focus on your growth and not how Intel beat you down in the past. The people getting life changing notices right now could use some sympathy and support. Stop being a$$holes. This is what I hate about the Internet. Bullies on social media who victimize others.

True, Intel spreads their share of BS propaganda to employees, shareholders, media & public. But what company, especially large corps, doesn't? Even worse are govt. organizations like FDA, CDC, and the rest.

Intel IS nothing but lies:. Intel family, Intel values, work life balance, product leadership, AI, on and on. I’m not sure who I feel more sorry for, those who got let go or those of us who didn’t?

Agreed, would you stand in front of someone who just got laid off and make these same comments? If so, you have some serious problems and should probably be institutionalized. We don't need you in society.
