Wishful thinking. They would rather you quit, after you train your replacements.

@fc Medical was covered for all family members for 2 years.
I doubt they’d make such a generous offer again, I’d be curious to know what percentage of folks meet the age/tenor requirements now.
They ended up extending six months because of the Fauci flu
Medical was included for employee only for 2 years. Family members were cobra
