Is this soon to be the end of the last three continental US Kmart stores?

Here you go, still listed like it was in 2019. And 2020. And 2021. And 2022:

Yawn, nothing new. 😴😴😴
And? None of that below gibberish has 1 iota to do with any potential layoffs or closings. These stores were listed for Years. And now guess what? Lo and behold, they are still freaking listed. Wooooow profound stuff there, sailor. And JLL still lists NJ kmart BTW. Google JLL WESTWOOD KMART and the link comes up. So literally nothing changed from um, 2021. Wake us up when you have some actual layoffs, which um, is the purpose of this site.
What some realtor does with which parking lot or shopping center, is of tangential interest at best.
Might want to get your facts straight: Now the three Kmarts are being marketed. Kimco Realty, a retail real estate investment trust based in Jericho, New York, owns two of the shopping centers where Kmart remains a tenant, in Miami and Bridgehampton. The REIT seeks a tenant for the store in the Hamptons, according to a marketing brochure, and broker JLL has that assignment for the Florida Kmart space. While broker CBRE handles subleasing Kmart’s space in Westwood, the space at the now-vacant Kmart in Avenel is also being shopped around.
I read the article. Its another 1 that is just long on words but short on any real news. And they didnt hire "new" companies LMAO. JLL had the NJ Kmart listed for Years now! Again there is nothing new here. Every Transforco property is available for lease. Nothing to see here. Old news.
Not once did I say they were closing soon. It was a question as they have apparently hired new companies to try to get new businesses in those stores. It was simply information if you actually read the article. Have a blessed day haters who opt not to read!
@fsn+1gtPo7XV Exactly. I was waiting for someone to write that. These have all been listed for Years. Doesn't mean they are closing soon. Until someone takes over the lease they aren't going anywhere. Might not be for Years. Again much to do about nothing.
@jwc Urban dictionary is your friend. You'll get your answer there.
A number of people have posted videos of their final visits to Avenel, or to one of the other remaining stores. But you may be thinking of USA Today's video

The office of the CEO here.
Over the last several years, we have worked hard to transform our business and unlock the value of our assets. Soon our transformation will be complete and we will be able to better serve our customers.
That's s n a t c h . Why did this website censor that rather ordinary word? (Next time I'll use "snap" instead)
Wondering why Target doesn't immediately sn---h up that Bridgehampton location.
Clearly if there’s a video involved it’s elevator guy!
Haven’t all of the stores, including Guam, been listed on Transformco Properties as being for sale since last year? There’s nothing new here
Quote: "Transformco has been unspecific about its plans for Kmart."
Isn't it obvious?
