@fs Don’t forget the ones that take zero accountability for the part they play when the numbers are down. Everyone else’s fault except their own. If one leader has an entire team or teams underneath them not doing well, maybe it’s time to hold that leader accountable.
Already happening….. associates being let go random areas of the company. Same story different day. Company doesn’t respect tenure or experience. Out with the old in with the new AI. My question is why do we need all of the VPs we currently have many don’t do anything and are disengaged from the business they are supposed to be responsible for I know if we don’t have them who would make the decision who to rank and cut next month or quarter.
