And what positive services does CVS HR provide, Oracle of condescension?
One more time Insurance, PBM, HR, Pharmacy Every single aspect of the company from both Sides Aetna, CVS is being purged and wrecked out of existence. The new company will solely be a national hub for vaccines, basically Urgently Needed Services and in home Doctor visits. All jobs in financial, service Ops, nurses all going over seas with a new HQ in Manhattan. You will be making $7.25 an hour soon until they abolish minimum wage.
@fpj+1pj0TSjw, HR did not make the decision to cut business roles and costs. Business leaders and Finance gave targets and leaders and HR needed to follow-through. Stop blaming HR for everything. You really do not seem to know what HR does vs. the business leaders and managers. Yes, HR roles were included in the reduction in force to meet financial targets. Many good and talented people across the enterprise were impacted in August and October. More to come, unfortunately.
These numbers between all the states reporting is no where near 5000… Curious if the 5000 includes contractors.
I think there is a troll on here that keeps stating that Aetna is being purged and dismantled. Maybe they are not too far off. These are in addition to the 5,000 in August. Guess I am glad I was part of the August layoff. Given I have moved through all the emotional turmoil and have started a new position. Prayers to all of those that will be affected during the holidays. What an awful time of year to have to start looking for a job and get that kind of news.
CT will be hit hard. Aetna in general.
Can't say I mourn too much when HR people are on the list. It's about time they ate their own cooking.
