BMC Helix is at a standstill. There are no more Remedy or Helix jobs in job web sites. The job market for Remedy and Helix is dead. We're just waiting on the second shoe to drop.

ServiceNow will not acquire BMC Helix because they don't need to. Remaining customers will migrate to ServiceNow by themselves, naturally, as BMC Helix crumbles down. What would be the alternative? Cherwell? Cherwell does not exist anymore, Ivanti acquired it and ki-led it. Ivanti? I don't think so, that would be going from bad to worse. BMC Helix's only hope is that a large software company focusing on IT Operations would buy it, but I cannot think of one. IBM, HP, Oracle, RedHat, Microsoft, none of those will buy BMC Helix.... so who would? November Trivia question.

Still no sale. Can’t sell software. Can’t sell the business 😂

It looks like BMC Helix is like Ukraine and ServiceNow like Russia. No match.

It looks like all the scrambling for exec seats at BMC, to avoid the Helix slow death, is just shuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic.

Not a coincidence the C suite stayed with Control M side and "promoted" people on the Helix side, who will all soon have no jobs

Dump and run! Execs planning to sail off with the cash cow (Mainframe and Control M portfolio) BMC. BMC Helix is good as dead. Lost the war to SNOW.

Does anybody know if the new owner is Ivanti? After all, Peter Adams went to Ivanti 16 months ago, probably to plan Ivanti’s takeover of bmc helix

Monday meetings begin. See yah bmc helix I smell fresh air not the toxic sh-t about to happen. BMC helix Your not gonna grow, you’re not gonna stop ServiceNow. You’ll be dead in 4 years. You really don't have a plan to grow with new business. The big exec went with old bmc as they know they can su-k a few more dollars out of the sh-t show, fill their pockets and run. BMC helix people update your resumes now and get the fu-k, outta there there is no growth.

Leadership is already scrambling to do damage control this morning. As usual, “It’s just all rumors and hearsay - don’t lose focus.”

Yeah, don’t lose focus and let the company crash and burn before we say so, as we parachute off into the sunset as you’re updating your LinkedIn banner to #OpenToWork.

Shift the workforce to the blundering side, sell the problem and cash out with zero f* for the employees. The irony is this news leak is just after ‘prioritize people’ week.
