Wow… do I even have to elaborate? Anyone with 2 brain cells saw this coming from a mile away. Why the f would you terminate half the department and then hire? With EVERY REORG YOU HIRE THE TALENT FIRST, NOT FIRE. Remember, she is making millions driving her BMW while we have mental breakdowns at her expense. But it’s okay, she will still come out as a talk show host during our next all hands meeting so we can kiss her feet.

If you’re reading this. We are suffering, ALOT. But we can’t express it at work because we are terrified of pushback

@c2v Of course, it's SP. I don't know how many more re-orgs they are going to allow her. Her answer to everything is a re-org...meanwhile, through the years, she allows her favorites to create a "party planning team" to waste time organizing parties. Put a microphone in her hand, and it's all about her. Have you ever seen her song and dance? She takes people away from their work to practice dance routines where she pops up in the middle. She was looked over in High School and uses these years to make up for it. Its Mean Girls, white collar style.

The ones who suffer the most are the kids and people she makes work extra hours under the guise that it’s a privilege to work for her and this company. They take away your family time. Meanwhile they’re living the good life. Ran into one of them on vacation with their nanny, their kids were terrors.
