Thanks Michael
It's about 100%.
Talked with my director today and he had to lay off a few ppl last week and he said their bonus payout was 100%
This year we gettin Jelly of the Month Club
Dell is laying off people left and right for financial gain. You think they're going to give you more of a bonus than you deserve.
Do the math with Chat GPT. Feed it previous bonus figures mapped to those earnings and ask it to project this years with the 50/50 rev to op inc mix. It will tell you it should be above 150% but knowing dell will probe be 130 or below
@gg the corporate/company modifier is not visible to managers in the pay planning tool. Only your personal modifier.
I'd be willing to bet you have neither "heard" nor "read" anything.
I saw a glimpse of pay planning from my manager and I think we may be surprised by how high the company modifier ends up.
@fm It's a basic math exercise and we have beat every quarter so far and expectations from the big houses is that we beat again and overall for the year. My guess is 106% or above
I've heard it will not be pretty. Sadly.
Dell can't release any bonus information till after the Q4 earnings call. This is expected to take place on Thursday February 26th. Expect and updated sometimes after that.
I believe bonus are targeted to be paid on Friday March 20th.
Enough to buy yourself a calendar hopefully
Modifier this year is a pack of Pringles.
Bonus is a negative 56% they'll start deducting what we owe from paychecks starting in March.
Seems like bonuses should be paid out like sales is with quota. If you’re not over 100% then you get zero.
42%
Your severance is your bonus
You checked what month we’re in?
until the morale improves
Bonuses have been discontinued.
