OHI Survey Results: Spin?

Email seems like everything is great despite some blinking red lights on a few things.

I also was very honest in the surveys for at least 4-5 years before I was laid off so I don’t think it was retaliation just for that. When I told my VP flat out that I don’t recommend TR as a place to work because I’m in the U.S. and they’re not posting jobs in the U.S. they decided to spin that as a positive because people were recommending them outside the U.S.

Easy. They don’t care. But at least by being honest it makes it hard for them to fluff the results.

If you have been giving brutally honest feedback “for years,” that doesn’t say much about that feedback leading to change?

The results are compiled by a 3rd party company. Why would TR waste time retaliating against people? I’ve been giving them brutally honest negative feedback for years and nothing has happened to me. Quit spreading the myth that bad things will happen if you’re honest.

OHI is such a fake news. Hardly anyone responds honestly as retaliation is brutal. It’s not anonymous despite what TR says. TR has severe cultural and trust issues.
