I’ve heard layoffs week of May 18th, then again mid June, mid July and then Sept.

As for warn notices, Citi doesn’t post those in advance. They pay out the warn period instead. So if you see warn notices, they’re for folks impacted 30, 60, or 90 days prior, depending on the state.

warn notices are reported to states labor departments at the same time as employees receive their noticed 60-90 days before official separation.
